About Chen CPA and Associates, APC

Zhao Chen is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of California.  He graduated with a bachelor degree in economics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and later received his master degree in accountancy from Liberty University.  Zhao Chen, CPA has more than 15 years experiences in private accounting and public accounting.  He speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.  In addition, he is a notary public in the state of California.

Vivian Zhang is the office manager of our company. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and has worked in a bank for more than 10 years, from account manager to branch manager, and has extensive sales and management experience. She is currently responsible for customer relations.
